- Lead a three-person IT team supporting 24/7 airport technology operations, including shift planning, incident coordination, infrastructure maintenance and project delivery.
- Support 70 physical servers, 9 virtual servers, 121 workstations, 60 check-in counters, 8 Passenger Boarding Bridges, 4 bus gates, 60+ FIDS displays and 90+ wireless access points.
- Administer TAV Technologies FIDS, TAMS, RMS and FMS alongside Atlantis, CUTE/CUPPS, DCS, BHS and PBB integrations.
- Administer Cisco Catalyst, Fortinet FortiGate, Hyper-V, VMware, Windows Server, QNAP NAS, Active Directory and Group Policy environments.
- Detected and neutralized a malicious scheduled batch script before execution, preventing potential data loss and operational disruption.
- Lead a production procurement management platform built with TypeScript, Next.js and MySQL, digitizing airport purchasing workflows.
